Daniel Shahrabani, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Daniel Shahrabani is a principal in Fard Investments, a family owned real estate investment and management firm with over 24 properties in the Greater Montreal area. He will be responsible for originating real estate financing for Canadian clients on behalf of R3 Funding. R3 funding will assist and advise Canadian firms expanding to the US on debt, equity, mezz, and other real estate financing products. Prior to Fard, Daniel Shahrabani founded Chelsea Capital a cross border Canada-US real estate financing firm, and was one of the pioneers in the brokerage of CMBS in Canada. He also worked in the Real Estate Consulting Group; at BDO Seidman in New York and has an MBA from the Stern School of Business.
